Sorry to intrude- I've no idea who started that email, but it's been all over the world several times over. The painted feather images came from my website, http://www.featherlady.net You are not the first to wonder if they are a hoax (they are real), apparently the question has come up enough times for Hoax Slayer to investigate and run an article. http://www.hoax-slayer.com/painted-feather-images.shtml
